Your Appointment becomes effective from the date of your joining the services of the company. On joining the company you shall be on probation for a period of six months. During this period, your employment may be terminated on giving 7 days notice. You are also at liberty to resign from the services of the company by giving 15 days prior notice in writing. Further unless otherwise communicated to you in writing your services shall stand confirmed at the end of the period of probation.
When you are new joiner company will observe for three months, if we found any negligence then company will terminate without any further notice.
Once confirmed, the Company will be entitled to terminate your services by giving you 15 days notice in writing, or by payment of 15 days basic salary in lieu of such notice. The same shall be vice versa in case if you wish to resign from company’s services. If you fail to do so then Company will be liable to deduct 15 days Salary.
You are entitled to leave benefits as applicable from time to time. If you need casual leave then you will have to inform us before 24 hours via email / WhatsApp. If you fail to do so then Company will be liable to deduct full day Salary.
You will not use any of your personal logins (Gmail, Facebook or any other social platforms). Any kind of personal downloading/uploading is not allowed. No use of mobile phones during working hours. These will be considered as breach of terms. If you fail to do so then Company will be liable to deduct Salary.
During the course of your employment, if you at any time render yourself incompetent to perform your duties or if you commit any breach of terms of your employment the company shall reserve right to terminate employment without any prior notice. Company will be liable to deduct Salary.
You shall abide by all existing rules framed by the company & the ones, which shall be-framed from time to time.
The company shall deduct taxes as appropriate and consistent with the Indian tax regulations. You will be responsible for your tax liabilities under all-applicable tax laws and regulations.
In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction to entertain and try such dispute shall vest exclusively in a court at Delhi.
